Day One · Mendoza

Welcome to Mendoza

Arrive in Mendoza, Argentina’s leading wine region, where a private representative will meet you at the airport and accompany you to Heura Petit Hotel in leafy Chacras de Coria. This intimate boutique property offers a quiet, residential base from which to begin the journey. After check-in, take time to settle in, enjoy the garden and pool, and let the pace of the Andes replace the pace of travel.

In the evening, a private asador will prepare a traditional Argentine barbecue at the hotel. The meal is paired with a guided tasting led by a professional sommelier, providing a relaxed first introduction to Mendoza’s wines and culinary traditions. If your flight arrives early enough, a private orientation tour of Mendoza can also be arranged before dinner.

Day Two · Luján de Cuyo

Sparkling Wine and Vineyard Tables

Travel privately into Luján de Cuyo, one of Mendoza’s most historic wine districts and the traditional heartland of Argentine Malbec. The morning begins at Bodega Cruzat, a specialist in traditional-method sparkling wine. During the visit, learn how Argentina’s altitude, sunlight and cool nights shape the base wines before tasting a selection of the estate’s elegant sparkling cuvées.

Continue to Kaiken for a leisurely vineyard lunch with the Andes forming a dramatic backdrop. After returning to the hotel, the afternoon is left open for rest. Dinner is reserved at Michelin-starred Azafrán, where a contemporary tasting menu celebrates regional ingredients and one of Mendoza’s most thoughtful local wine cellars.

Day Three · Luján de Cuyo

Malbec, Gardens and a Long Lunch

Begin with a private tasting at Matervini, the boutique project created to explore the many expressions of Malbec across Argentina. The tasting focuses on how elevation, soil and regional character can transform a single grape variety, offering an intimate and educational counterpoint to the previous day’s sparkling wines.

Lunch follows at Michelin-starred Zonda Cocina de Paisaje. The restaurant draws directly from its gardens and surrounding landscape, creating a seasonal multi-course menu designed to be enjoyed slowly. Return to Chacras de Coria in the late afternoon. The evening is intentionally free for a quiet walk, a casual local dinner or an early night at the hotel.

Day Four · Valle de Uco

Deeper into the Uco Valley

Leave Mendoza behind and travel south into the Uco Valley, where high-altitude vineyards sit beneath some of the Andes’ most imposing peaks. At Corazón del Sol, enjoy a private tasting of Rhône-inspired wines that reflect the valley’s intense light, cool nights and stony soils. The experience offers a distinctive view of Mendoza beyond Malbec.

Continue to Monteviejo for a vineyard lunch and broad mountain views before checking in at La Morada Lodge. The remainder of the afternoon is deliberately unhurried: relax by the pool, explore the property by bicycle or request an optional horseback ride. Dinner is served at Hornero, the lodge’s warm, informal restaurant, as the evening light settles over the vines.

Day Five · Paraje Altamira and Mendoza

Stone, Soil and Mountain Light

Enjoy a slow breakfast at the lodge before visiting Zuccardi Valle de Uco in Paraje Altamira. The winery’s striking stone architecture appears to rise from the landscape itself and provides the setting for an exploration of Zuccardi’s terroir-driven approach to high-altitude wine. The visit connects vineyard, geology and cellar in one of Mendoza’s most compelling modern estates.

Settle in for a multi-course lunch at Piedra Infinita Cocina, with carefully paired wines and uninterrupted views toward the Andes. After lunch, return privately to Mendoza and check back into your boutique hotel. Day Six · Mendoza to Bariloche

From Vineyards to Patagonia

After breakfast, transfer privately to Mendoza Airport and fly south to Bariloche. On arrival, your driver and local guide will welcome you to Patagonia and follow the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi toward the hotel. The first views of deep-blue water, forested slopes and snow-touched peaks immediately establish a very different Argentina.

Check in at Radisson Blu Bariloche, Llao Llao Resort or a comparable lakeside property. The afternoon is reserved for rest and the scenery. Dinner is arranged at the hotel or at a carefully chosen Patagonian restaurant, offering an easy first taste of the region’s produce, trout, game and mountain cooking.

Day Seven · Bariloche

Lakes, Forests and Circuito Chico

Set out with your private guide along Circuito Chico, Bariloche’s classic introduction to northern Patagonia. The route follows the shoreline of Lake Nahuel Huapi, crosses the forested Llao Llao peninsula and pauses at carefully selected viewpoints where islands, bays and mountain ridges unfold in layers.

Stop for a relaxed lunch at one of Bariloche’s acclaimed craft breweries or a nearby Patagonian restaurant. The afternoon includes additional scenic stops before returning to the hotel. The evening is free for the spa, a lakeside walk, a quiet drink with a view or dinner at your own pace.

Day Eight · Bariloche

A Private Day on the Water

Board a private boat for an intimate journey across Lake Nahuel Huapi. Your captain will shape the route around weather conditions and the group’s pace, gliding past wooded shores, quiet coves and mountain horizons. The experience is designed to feel spacious and unhurried, with time to appreciate Patagonia from the water rather than simply pass through it.

After the cruise, enjoy lunch at a restaurant specializing in Patagonian cuisine. Guests who prefer a day on land may choose the alternative national-park program, combining a private vehicle, certified park guide, forest walks and lakeside stops within Nahuel Huapi National Park. Whichever option is selected, the final evening in Bariloche remains free.

Day Nine · Bariloche to Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires Begins

After breakfast, transfer privately to the airport for the flight from Bariloche to Buenos Aires. On arrival, your driver will take you to Fierro Hotel in Palermo, a comfortable boutique base in one of the capital’s most appealing neighborhoods. The afternoon is free to rest, walk among the cafés and design shops, or simply settle into the city’s rhythm.

In the evening, experience Don Julio, Buenos Aires’ landmark one-Michelin-star parrilla. Exceptional Argentine beef, warm service and one of the country’s deepest wine cellars make this a fitting introduction to the capital and a natural continuation of the wine and culinary story begun in Mendoza.

Day Ten · Buenos Aires

The City, Then Tango

Meet your private guide for a tailored introduction to Buenos Aires. The route is shaped around the group’s interests but may include the city’s grand Belle Époque avenues, historic civic landmarks, the elegant streets of Recoleta and the vivid neighborhoods that give the capital its distinctive personality. Your guide adds the historical context and local detail that bring these places to life.

Pause for lunch inside the elegant Palacio Paz before enjoying free time in the afternoon. In the evening, private transportation takes you to a live tango performance in the city where the dance was born. Music, choreography and theatrical atmosphere provide an unforgettable conclusion to a full day in Buenos Aires.

Day Eleven · Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires at Your Pace

Your final full day is intentionally unscheduled. Sleep in, return to a favorite corner of the city or ask us to shape a private experience around your interests. Possibilities range from the architecture and museums of Recoleta to Teatro Colón, contemporary galleries, independent design shops, bookstores and the cafés of Palermo.

Your Travel Director remains available with personal recommendations and reservation support, but nothing is obligatory. This is your time to wander without a timetable, linger over lunch, shop for a meaningful souvenir or simply enjoy the hotel and the neighborhood before the journey comes to an end.

Day Twelve · Buenos Aires

Until Next Time

Enjoy a quiet final morning for breakfast, packing and, depending on the departure time, one last walk through Palermo. Your Travel Director will coordinate check-out and airport timing around the international flight so that the final hours remain calm and unhurried.

At the appropriate time, a private driver will collect you at the hotel for the transfer to Ezeiza International Airport. The route, luggage and timing are managed in advance, allowing the journey to end with the same level of personal attention with which it began.
