This policy describes what the website currently does. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and does not yet address state privacy laws such as the CCPA, or the GDPR if you market to visitors in Europe.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, party size, travel dates and message you type into the form. That is all. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Why we hold it
Solely to reply to you and to prepare a travel proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who else sees it
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend. If you go on to book, we share only what is necessary with the hotels, guides and airlines in your itinerary so they can provide the service.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Our host records standard server request logs for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking are kept while there is a realistic prospect of travel, and then deleted. Booking records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
Write to locosbrands@gmail.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on it.
